Privacy notice
Last updated 16 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data AIPOWERED CONSULTANCY S.à r.l.-S collects through this website and when you contact us, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The controller is AIPOWERED CONSULTANCY S.à r.l.-S, Bertrange, Luxembourg (RCS B308598); its full registered address is in the Legal notice. For any privacy question, email yasser@aipoweredtelecom.com.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
- It has no contact form, no social media plug-ins and no embedded third-party content.
- Its fonts are stored on our own web space, so your browser does not contact Google or other font services.
Data we process
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention settings, which we do not change, and are not used to identify you.
When you email or call us. We process your name, contact details, company and the content of your message to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal (steps prior to a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted no later than two years after our last contact. If we work together, records linked to the contract and invoices are kept for as long as Luxembourg commercial and accounting law requires, generally ten years.
Who receives it
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. It is processed only by service providers we need to run the business, such as our hosting, email and accounting providers, under data-processing agreements. We aim to use providers that store data within the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format.
Email us at the address above; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), at cnpd.public.lu.
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change, for example if we add a contact form or analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
